Delivery/ Self Collect
Currently all local delivery will be post via Pos Laju. We allow self collections at our home boutique located in Shah Alam. Full address will be notify to your contact number
Return and Exchange
1. At Tilljanna, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied (wrong size, wrong colour) you may return your purchase in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached. (Subject to availability of replacement stocks)
2. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Sale items however cannot be returned.
4. TillJanna allows exchanges subject to availability. If the new wanted item is not available, TillJanna will issue customer a coupon of the exchanged item’s value. (NO CASH REFUND). The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
